Athletic development

You’re someone who wants to get faster, stronger and more powerful for the purpose of excelling within your sport. Even though Strength and Conditioning might not be your main or most important part training, you understand that it is integral to performance and to staying healthy

general Performance training

You’re looking for performance but it doesn’t necessarily have to do specifically with how fast you can run or how high you can jump. While you might look to improve qualities like strength or power, you work hard to excel within your profession and you want to work hard to look after your body as well

Essentially, you want to perform better and training is a part of that. Within both of these Strength & Conditioning in order to make you more robust and capable will be what we provide.

The perfect support for athletes and ambitious humans to bring their performance (physical and mental) to the next level.

What is included?

  • Weekly programming tailored to you

  • Program designed to be completed where ever you are and no matter how much equipment, we get results either way

  • Video technique feedback provided via WhatsApp

  • Reporting at the end of each block to show improvements and areas to improve

  • Check-ins fortnightly (via ZOOM, phone call or recording based on preference)
