Evidence Based Practice - What is it and how should it be used?
Evidence based practice is just a term for following what works
Yet there’s a community of people who use it to show how what they do has structured studies to prove what they do works
If someone gets bigger, stronger, faster, etc. on a program, then that’s evidence
If a program shows that someone doing backflips before their squats gets better rate of force development, then that’s evidence
(don’t try that at home)
either way, you need both.
