The one problem in you life you need to solve.

“When it rains it pours”

“What can go wrong, will go wrong”

There are multiple dimensions to your life. Work, hobbies, social.

Even more specific like sleep, relationships, attention to detail at work.

And while we can do our best to seperate each of these dimensions, they ultimately interact and are interrelated.

If you are not putting in the required effort or doing poorly in one area it will translate.

The other dimensions will be effected.

If you don’t put the required effort in at work, it will affect your personal life.

If you don’t care about sleep it’s likely you won’t be diligent about your nutrition.

If you let go, don’t try and act like a numpty in your hobby, that probably doesn’t bode well for what will happen if you gain some comfort at work.

No one is perfect but life is about intent, not perfection.

Bring the right intent everywhere and the performance will come.

I have had good intentions in most areas of my life, I pride myself on working at and developing my competence by putting in the work.

But recently, I have not had the right intent in one are of my life.

While I have maintained the minimum viable product everywhere else, by having the right intent on those areas, performance has not been where I want it.

I attribute this to not having the right intent in that one area.

Whether it’s because of stress, time, priority, or whatever.

Even though realistically this one dimension of my life shouldn’t be connected to anything else, it is.

So now the goal is to get the right intent.

Do hunt perfection, hunt effort, the performance will come after that.

I’m going to sort this out in my life, I encourage you to look at the variable that is holding you back.

See if it’s affecting another area of your life.

See what you can do about it.

See what the result is.

I know I’m gonna give it a red hot go.
